Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Refunds exclude shipping charges.
Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI after confirmation of account details.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
To cancel, email us by 10:00 AM on the next day after placing the order.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
In such cases, you may opt for a return after delivery as per our return policy.
3. Exceptions
Products damaged due to misuse, opened packs, or items returned without original packaging are not eligible for refunds.
In rare cases of defective/damaged product delivery, we will bear return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement.
