1. Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and courier service. Typically, orders reach within 3–7 working days for metro cities and 5–10 working days for non-metro areas.

Tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email once your order is shipped.

We deliver across India through trusted logistics partners.

2. Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy:

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, email us at support@drbhushanresearchlab.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, you must ship the product back to us. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

After inspection of the returned item, your refund will be processed (excluding original shipping charges).
