WHY YOUR LIVER NEEDS HELP
Fatty liver doesn't hurt.
Until it does.
Most people with fatty liver feel nothing - no pain, no clear signs. But inside, fat is slowly replacing healthy liver cells, slowing your metabolism, making you feel constantly tired, bloated, and heavy.
Doctors call it Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease.
Dr. Bhushan calls it a hidden health problem affecting millions in modern India.
IS THIS YOU?
Signs Your Liver
May Need Help
Fatty liver rarely hurts — but it sends subtle signals. If you recognize 3 or more of these, your liver is likely under stress.
Loss of appetite
You don't feel hungry at normal meal times, or feel full after eating very little. A stressed liver suppresses hunger signals.
Yellowing of skin or eyes
A yellowish tint on face, eyes, or nails (jaundice) indicates bilirubin is not being processed — a direct sign of reduced liver function.
Persistent fatigue
Feeling tired even after a full night's sleep. The liver processes nutrients for energy — when it's sluggish, your entire body feels it.
Upper right abdominal discomfort
A dull ache, heaviness, or bloated feeling in the upper right side of your abdomen — exactly where the liver sits.
Bloating after every meal
When bile secretion is low (a direct liver function), food ferments in the gut instead of digesting — causing gas and bloating after eating.
Dark urine or pale stools
Dark yellow/brown urine or unusually pale stools indicate bile pigment imbalance — a marker of impaired liver filtration.
Diagnosed with fatty liver? Elevated SGPT/SGOT? Livr Wash Powder is formulated specifically for you.
THE ROOT CAUSES
What Damages
Your Liver
Fatty liver doesn't happen randomly. These are the 6 biggest factors silently loading your liver with fat and toxins every day.
Unhealthy Diet
Refined carbs, fried foods, and packaged snacks are the #1 cause of NAFLD. The liver converts excess carbs directly into fat.
Long-term Medications
Paracetamol, statins, steroids, and antibiotics taken regularly put the liver under constant detox stress, leading to cell damage over time.
Alcohol Consumption
Even moderate drinking forces the liver to prioritise alcohol metabolism over fat processing — accelerating fat accumulation in liver cells.
Infections & Viruses
Hepatitis B & C, typhoid, and gut infections directly attack liver cells. A weakened liver struggles to recover without targeted herbal support.
Sedentary Lifestyle
Physical inactivity slows metabolism — fat that should be burned gets stored in the liver instead. The liver of someone who sits all day ages faster.
Chronic Stress
Cortisol (stress hormone) promotes fat storage around the liver. Chronic stress also impairs bile secretion — the liver's primary fat-processing tool.
HOW IT WORKS
What Happens Inside Your Liver
When You Take Livr Wash
Fatty liver took months to build up. Livr Wash works systematically — here's exactly what to expect, week by week.
Digestion reactivates. Bloating reduces.
Saunth (dried ginger) reactivates Agni — your digestive fire. The heaviness after meals starts lifting. Bloating reduces noticeably. Most people feel this within the first 10 days. This is the earliest signal that the formula is working.
Energy returns. Appetite comes back.
As liver inflammation reduces (Giloy + Mulethi), the liver begins processing nutrients more efficiently. You stop feeling tired after meals. Appetite — which fatty liver suppresses — starts returning. Sleep quality improves for many users at this stage.
SGPT / SGOT levels begin to normalise.
Kutki's active compounds — Picroside I & II — have now been working on your liver cells for over a month. Elevated liver enzymes begin to drop. If you get a blood test at this stage, most users see measurable reduction in ALT/SGPT levels compared to their baseline.
Fatty liver grade improves. Visible on ultrasound.
With consistent use, the reduction in liver fat accumulation becomes visible on ultrasound imaging. Enzyme levels reach or approach normal range. This is the stage where most of our customers go back to their doctor — and the doctor is surprised.
The Ingredients in Livr Wash
Are Clinically Studied
Two key herbs in Livr Wash — Kutki and Saunth — have independent peer-reviewed research specifically on fatty liver and liver enzyme reduction.
Note: These studies are on the individual ingredients present in Livr Wash — not on Livr Wash as a combined product.
Milk Thistle outperformed Silymarin — global gold standard for liver protection
Kutki extract produced a 77% reduction in liver fat vs. the control group — and outperformed Silymarin (Milk Thistle), the most widely prescribed hepatoprotective agent globally. Its active compounds — Picroside I & II — directly inhibit fat accumulation in liver cells and reduce liver enzyme levels. No other herb in the Ayurvedic category has this level of published evidence for fatty liver specifically.

View on PMC ↗In this double-blind RCT with 44 NAFLD patients over 12 weeks, ginger produced statistically significant reductions in ALT, GGT (liver enzymes), inflammatory cytokines, insulin resistance, and hepatic steatosis grade — all vs. placebo. Hepatic steatosis improvement was confirmed by ultrasound. A meta-analysis of 4 RCTs (177 patients) further confirmed ginger's consistent ALT-lowering effect. This is why Saunth is in Livr Wash — not as a digestive aid, but as a liver enzyme normaliser.

View on PMC ↗"Most liver supplements on the market are generic formulas — they support digestion or overall wellness and slap a liver label on it. Livr Wash is different. Every herb in it targets a specific mechanism of fatty liver: fat accumulation, enzyme elevation, inflammation, detox pathway clearance. That's what makes this a treatment-oriented formula, not just a wellness supplement."
WHAT'S INSIDE
7 Herbs. One Purpose.
A Healthier Liver.
Every herb in Livr Wash is chosen for a specific liver function — not for general wellness, not as fillers. Here's exactly what each one does.

Kutki
Picrorhiza kurroa
Kutkin — its active compound — directly reduces fat accumulation in liver cells and normalises SGPT/SGOT levels. The most researched hepatoprotective herb in Ayurveda, referenced in Charaka Samhita since 600 BCE.

Giloy
Tinospora cordifolia
Called "Amrita" in Ayurveda. Berberine and alkaloids in Giloy reduce liver inflammation by inhibiting TNF-α pathways. Also rebuilds immunity — which weakens when the liver is under prolonged stress.

Arjun Chhaal
Terminalia arjuna (bark)
Rich in flavonoids and tannins that work on lipid metabolism — reducing triglyceride and cholesterol accumulation in liver cells. Known as the "Guardian of the Heart" — liver and heart health are deeply connected.

Chandan Safed
Santalum album
White sandalwood — cooling and Pitta-pacifying. Fatty liver is a Pitta-dominant condition. Chandan brings down internal heat and inflammation. Alpha-santalol, its active compound, has demonstrated hepatoprotective effects in research.

Gokhru
Tribulus terrestris
Liver and kidneys are detox partners. As the liver processes fat and toxins, the kidneys must eliminate them. Gokhru keeps this elimination pathway clear — preventing toxins from recirculating back into the liver.

Saunth
Zingiber officinale (dried ginger)
Concentrated dried ginger — not the kitchen spice. Gingerols and shogaols reduce liver inflammation and bloating. Also reactivates Agni (digestive fire) — the reason fatty liver patients feel heavy and sluggish after every meal.

Mulethi
Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice root)
One of the most studied herbs for Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease. Glycyrrhizin reduces liver inflammation, lowers ALT levels, and protects liver cells from oxidative damage. Also balances the bitterness of Kutki — making the Kwath drinkable daily.
"These 7 herbs don't just support liver health in a general way. Each one addresses a specific aspect of fatty liver — fat accumulation, inflammation, enzyme normalisation, detox pathway clearance. That's why this combination works when general liver tonics don't."

DOSAGE & CONSUMPTION
How to Prepare
Livr Wash Powder
A decoction is a classical Ayurvedic decoction. Boiling the powder in water releases active compounds far more effectively than cold mixing or capsules.
Take ½ spoon of powder
Use the measuring spoon provided in the box. Exact measurement matters — don't eyeball it.
Mix in 1.5 glasses of water
Use plain water — not milk, not juice. The herbs need water to release their active compounds properly.
Boil until it reduces to ½ glass
This is the most important step. Boiling concentrates the decoction and makes it bioavailable. Don't skip this.
Strain & sip slowly on empty stomach
Drink it warm, first thing in the morning. Do not eat for 1 hour after — let the decoction work undisturbed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is Livr Wash in powder form?
Livr Wash is formulated as a decoction powder — meaning you boil it in water, reduce it, strain it, and drink the concentrated extract. This method of preparation, called Kwath vidhi in classical Ayurveda, is specifically suited for liver herbs like Kutki, Giloy, and Mulethi. Boiling in water releases water-soluble active compounds — including glycosides and alkaloids — that are responsible for the hepatoprotective effects. Cold mixing or direct consumption would not extract these compounds as effectively. This is why Dr. Bhushan chose this form for Livr Wash specifically — it's not about convenience, it's about efficacy.
Is this only for fatty liver, or can anyone take it?
Livr Wash is specifically formulated for fatty liver (Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease & Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease) and liver detox. If you have been diagnosed with fatty liver, feel constantly bloated after meals, have elevated SGPT/SGOT levels, or feel persistently low on energy, this is designed for you. Healthy individuals looking for general liver maintenance can also take it as a 1-month course, 2–3 times a year.
How long before I see results?
Most people notice improved digestion and reduced bloating within 2–3 weeks. Meaningful improvement in liver enzyme levels (SGPT/SGOT) typically shows in 4–6 weeks. Fatty liver reversal is a 2–3 month process — one month of Livr Wash won't undo years of damage, but it starts the process. Results also depend on diet — reducing processed foods and alcohol significantly accelerates the herbs' work.
Can I take it alongside my liver medication?
Livr Wash is Ayurvedic and generally safe alongside most medications, but we always recommend consulting your doctor if you are on long-term liver-specific medication (like ursodeoxycholic acid or silymarin). The herbs in Livr Wash are food-grade and have been used in traditional medicine for centuries — there are no known severe interactions, but your doctor knows your full health picture.
Does it have any side effects?
Being 100% Ayurvedic, there are no side effects. If you have an autoimmune liver condition, consult your doctor before use. Avoid during pregnancy.
The taste seems bitter — any tips?
Yes, Kutki is famously bitter — that bitterness is actually a sign of its hepatoprotective activity. Mulethi (licorice) in the formula balances this significantly. Sip it slowly while warm. Do not add sugar — it counteracts some of the liver-activating effects. If needed, you can chase it with a small sip of warm water.
